Responsibilities: • Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmation. • Maintain and update detailed reports and spreadsheets to support departmental operations. • Manage electronic and paper filing systems to ensure records are organized and accessible. • Collaborate with team members to address and resolve customer-related issues. • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other departments to facilitate smooth operations. • Participate in projects and provide consistent focus on enhancing the customer experience. • Assist in creating and maintaining strong working relationships with customers and team members. • Represent the customer service team in internal meetings or customer calls when necessary. • Perform data entry for customized customer orders with a focus on precision and attention to detail. • Take on additional duties as assigned by the manager to support the department.
