To ensure all potential and existing customer enquiries are dealt professionally at all times.
● To ensure timely monitoring, input and processing of customer orders (Web Request, Emails, Fax) – Work Order Creation
● To work with Operations to ensure all work orders are closed timely and accurately.
● To ensure accurate assigning of barcodes and update of barcode range into tracking sheet.
● To ensure timely and actively communicate any late/delayed activities or collection service to customer when informed by Operations Team
● To ensure self-retrieval/self-access request is assessed within 1 week from the processing date, otherwise proactively communicate to the customer in order for boxes to be picked up for storage.
● To arrange and perform backup duties as and when required
● Consistently increase ReQuest Web Score and usage.
● To ensure compliance to policies and procedures relating to ISO in the conduct of departmental activities to observe the Quality Management System and for continual improvement.
● To ensure all local FSSHE requirements, policies and procedures are being met and adhered
