Create a fun and inviting environment in our kids departmentAdd joy and excitement to the kids shopping experienceLeverage our product to tell storiesEngage and connect with kids and adults on the sales floorDemonstrate product and engage directly with customers in our Crazy Aarons ExperienceQualificationsExperience in specialty retail or a retail environment in kids merchandiseAdaptability, flexibility and a willingness to learn new things Ability to act silly, have fun and play a character to give an unforgettable experienceAbility to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of timeAbility to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, while using appropriate equipment and safety techniquesAvailability including evenings, weekends, holidays and mornings Ability to interact with customers one on one or in a group/event setting for a regular length of timeExtremely outgoing with an ability to talk to kids at their level while being patient and understandingAdditional Information
