Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Customer Experience Representative to support our operations through high-volume order entry and quote processing. This role involves converting customer emails, quotes, and purchase orders into our ERP system while providing clear and timely email communication back to customers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple systems at once, and takes pride in accuracy and accountability.
ResponsibilitiesReceive customer orders and quote requests via email and accurately enter them into the ERP system.Convert emails, quotes, and purchase orders into complete and compliant ERP transactions.Communicate with customers via email to confirm order details, pricing, availability, and next steps.Maintain accuracy while processing a high volume of orders and quotes daily.Navigate and multitask across multiple internal systems simultaneously.Utilize Microsoft Office tools, primarily Outlook, for daily communication and workflow management.Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and follow-ups.Partner with internal teams such as sales, operations, and supply chain to resolve order-related issues.Maintain strong attention to detail and data integrity in all transactions.Essential SkillsPrevious experience in high-volume customer service, order entry, quote entry, or a similar administrative support role.Strong written and professional email communication skills.Proven ability to multitask effectively across multiple systems and screens.Experience using ERP systems; Sage experience is a strong plus.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook.High level of accountability, reliability, and work ethic.Ability to work fully onsite Monday through Friday.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments.Familiarity with order-to-cash or quote-to-order processes.Comfort working in a fast-paced, detail-driven setting.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Accountable, driven work ethic.Work Environment
This is a fully onsite role, Monday through Friday. The position includes a structured training period of approximately 3 weeks to ramp up on systems and processes. The work environment is collaborative and process-driven with a strong emphasis on accuracy and customer experience. Training will be the first 3 weeks from 8am to 5pm. After training, there is some flexibility in hours, such as 7am to 4pm or 9am to 6pm if needed. The culture values a reliable, driven, and motivated team member. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
