Job Title: Operations Admin – Urgently Hiring!
Pay: $20–$22 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:55 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Operations Admin for a temp-to-hire position with our client, a well-established service company located in Brunswick, Maine. The Operations Admin will assist with walk-in customer interactions and provide administrative support to the Service Team. The Operations Admin will thrive in this role by delivering exceptional customer service, staying organized, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Brunswick, Maine.

As an Operations Admin, you will be responsible for:

Assisting and supporting walk-in customers

Providing excellent customer service by answering questions, taking payments, and scheduling services

Ordering office supplies and maintaining stock levels

Serving as backup for inventory tasks

Handling inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently

Entering data accurately and maintaining organized records

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven customer service experience in an office or service environment

Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly

Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail

Professional communication skills, both in person and on the phone

A friendly, approachable demeanor with a problem-solving mindset

Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 10 pounds
