Customer Experience Program Manager

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
• Partner with leaders across the organization to initiate, plan, execute, control, and close major cross-functional initiatives while ensuring critical business outcomes are delivered.
• Gather and validate requirements with stakeholders and drive planning and execution of transformational initiatives across different organizations.
• Form and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and foster collaboration across groups.
• Lead program teams in creating actionable deliverables such as project plans, decision logs, risk logs, and communication plans.
• Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to drive adoption and deliver desired business outcomes.
• Recommend innovative plans and processes to improve program functions and execute change management plans.
• Communicate effectively at all levels, maintaining and disseminating project information to senior management and stakeholders.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
• 7–10 years of experience leading, executing, and scaling programs across organizations (Program, Project, and/or Portfolio Management).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus.
• Ability to work in dynamic cross-functional environments, navigate ambiguity, and bring clarity and structure.
• Strong analytical thinking with a natural tendency to use data for decision-making and prioritization.
• Executive stakeholder management experience and strong business acumen with excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.
**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:**
• Knowledge in sales and operations or consulting roles.
• Ability to coach and mentor teams in planning and organizing work.
• Proven effectiveness in driving complex multi-stakeholder planning processes and cross-team programs.
• Experience in change management (certification is a plus).
