Main responsibilities:
Consistently achieve sales objectives and provide feedback on market trends.Promote immunology products to healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists, etc.) within the assigned territory.Present product benefits, clinical studies and value to build trust and customer relationships.Gather and share customer insights to develop targeted communication strategies.Collaborate with the Customer Engagement Manager and Medical team to tailor customer journeys and execute omnichannel activities.Own and manage customer communication to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.Update and manage CRM systems to optimize customer interaction and sales performance.Assist with metrics to evaluate customer satisfaction and develop strategies for improvement.About you
Experience:
Proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industry is a strong advantage.Soft and technical skills:
Proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.Analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and make independent decisions.Excellent organizational skills to manage territory and customer relationships.Proactive, goal-oriented with a transformative mindset.Valid driver’s license for extensive travel.Languages:
Very good English language knowledge and skills (written and verbal)Romanian - Full professional proficiencyEducation:
