We are seeking highly motivated and talented students to join our team as Interns. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge spatial analytical Responsibilities + Utilize SAS or Python to analyze data for a variety of business problems. + Develop propensity model (logistic regression/XGB) to help drive business and revenue growth + Generate meaningful insights using data gathered from multiple sources + Support Senior Data Scientist to develop AI Agent to further improve the workflow andproductivity + Create engaging Story to communicate the findings/results effectively **Qualifications:** + Currently enrolled in a STEM degree program (1st year MS Degree OR 3rd year in BA/BS Degree) + Course works in Statistics such as Statistical Theory, Statistical Methods, Multi-variate Analysis,Linear Model, and Logistic Regression Model + SAS and/or Python Scikit-Learn Library knowledge + Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, and Power Point + Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job. Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required. Preferred Skills: + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills + Knowledge of basic to intermediate SAS Programming skill + Knowledge of running regression in SAS environment (PC, SAS Studio or Enterprise Guide + Knowledge of integrating data for analysis + Excellent communication and presentation skills **Physical Requirements:** + The physical and mental demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
