Job DescriptionThis is a part time role, working 3 days a week totalling 23hrs to be worked in the daytime.

As a Customer Service Coordinator you will support the delivery of consistent, high-quality customer and support services across the business. The Customer Experience Coordinator will manage customer communications and provide sales and administrative support.
Main Duties
Manage customer enquiries and queries efficiently and with a high level of personal care, coordinating with the wider customer experience team to ensure consistent and timely client communication.Provide sales support, including preparing and updating quotations, managing documentation, following up on client requests, and maintain accurate customer records in CRM.Empowered to make decisions on behalf of clients to provide superior service.Provide information for clients (e.g. Pricing, Capabilities, Status, Sample Submission)Maintain customer administration to a high standard.Contribute to assigned process improvement projects and support implementation when needed.Ensure Compliance to the 17025 standards at all times by adhering to the in-house quality procedures.Contribute to continuous improvement of customer communication, reporting and administrative processes.Assist in the management of the retail testing programme and support accurate and timely reporting of results.Where suitably qualified and trained assist with reporting and interpretation of results.Perform any other duties deemed applicable and required to support the effective operations of the business.QualificationsProven experience in high intensity customer service, or other business-related experienceExcellent customer service skills, attention to detail and ability to remain tactful and professional in all interactionsResilient and composed under pressure, able to deliver and receive difficult news when requiredStrong computer skills, particularly with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Demonstrated ability to plan, multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong teamwork, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skillsProactive, solution-focused, and able to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to meet multiple deadlines and manage competing prioritiesWillingness and ability to learn technical chemistry and microbiology testing requirementsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clientsPositive attitude, sense of urgency, flexible and reliableAdditional InformationWhat Happens Next
