Title: Customer Experience Coordinator Location: St. Petersburg FL 33716 Shift: M-F 7:30a to 4:30p (flexible starts and scheduled overtime) Terms: 6 months contract to hire Pay Rate: $24/hr Start: ASAP Education: • High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor’s preferred Requirements: • 1-2 years customer service experience required • 3-5 years security experience preferred • Intermediate to Advance Computer Skills and Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. • Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems. Responsibilities: Will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization.
