Pay: $21–$22 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator for a temp-to-hire position with our client, a leading corrugated packaging manufacturer located in Biddeford, ME. The Customer Experience Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its valued customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and supporting the sales team. Success in this role means providing timely, accurate, and professional communication, managing customer orders from start to finish, and maintaining strong, service-focused relationships.

This is an onsite position located in Biddeford, ME.
As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will:
Follow and enforce safety guidelines, ensuring a safe, clean, and organized work area.

Expedite and manage custom corrugated packaging orders received via email, fax, and phone until delivery.

Communicate proactively with customers, the sales team, and internal staff about order status, production timelines, and shipping details.

Provide customers with product information, pricing, and shipping details, upselling when appropriate.

Support a sales team of twelve by providing professional and timely customer service.

Serve as a liaison to ensure clear, accurate communication between customers and the sales team.

Monitor customer accounts throughout the production process and resolve issues or complaints.

Use corrugated-specific software (Amtech) and other IT systems to process orders and manage data.

Cross-train in other departmental functions for a well-rounded understanding of responsibilities.

Foster professional working relationships across all levels of the organization.

Apply sound decision-making skills to sustain customer satisfaction and organizational profitability.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Client Services Manager.
The ideal candidate will have:
A bachelor’s degree or 2–5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong communication skills with the ability to write business correspondence and respond to inquiries effectively.

Mathematical ability to perform calculations related to discounts, commissions, percentages, and measurements (including reading a tape measure to 1/16th of an inch).

Strong reasoning and problem-solving abilities in situations with limited standardization.

Advanced computer skills in MS Office and the ability to fully utilize Amtech and other IT business systems.

Attention to detail, adaptability, and strong customer service orientation.

Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs and work in a quiet office environment, with occasional exposure to the production floor.
