Job Description
Work Modality: Hybrid – This position requires on-site presence 3 times per week. The role will be developed from Colombia.
What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
Analyze monthly volume and production schedule impact on financial results.
Support monthly consolidation, annual budget, and long-term planning processes.
Identify bottom-line improvement opportunities.
Complete key reports to support quarterly closes, 10K/10Q filings, and earnings announcements.
Solve problems and develop new analytical methods to streamline decision-making.
Analyze trends in forecasts and variances vs. Prior Year, Budget, and Long-Term Plan.
Provide accurate, timely, and reliable reporting and controls.
Complete ad-hoc sensitivity analyses as required.
Prepare and distribute NPS (Net Promoter Score) indicators to the dealership network and sales/post-sales managers, including survey requirements and exclusion cases for Colombia and Ecuador.
Maintain ongoing contact with global survey providers and brand programs to update information and dealership requirements.
Implement new processes to improve customer satisfaction.
Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications)
Intermediate English (reading/writing).
Strong database management skills.
Knowledge of local consumer protection regulations.
Experience / Education
Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
Desirable: Training related to customer service.
