Your Role

 

This Process Solutions Customer Excellence Special Business position involves working in a high energy, dynamic, and rewarding team environment focused on delivering best-in-class customer support. This individual will be responsible for ensuring each transaction is processed within MilliporeSigma guidelines, values and customer specifications. 

 

As a member of the Process Solutions Customer Excellence Special Business Team this individual will be required to learn and support the more complex roles within Customer Service including but not limited to Service Billings, Specialty Documentation Requests, and Customer Specific Pricing. You will respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly. Enter internal and external customer orders and quotations received via various sales channels. There will be occasions where you will solve situations related to orders, shipments or other customer related matters.  

 

Who You Are

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

High School Diploma or GED.1+ years of customer service experience in any industry.

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

Associates degree in any discipline. Knowledge of Oracle and P80 systems and PC applications a plus.Strong knowledge around Millipore's organizational structure, business practices and customer base.Meet the challenges of a fast-paced, high-energy environment, while maintaining a strong level of professionalism.Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and written skills, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.Excellent listening and telephone communication skills.Highly motivated and organized, with attention to prioritizing incoming tasks.
