Chemours is seeking a Customer Excellence Representative to join our growing Customer Excellence team. This position will be available at the Antwerpen site (Belgium) and report directly to the Customer Excellence Leader, APM EMEA.

As Customer Excellence Representative you will be a key part of the Sales team and collaborating with various internal departments to deliver exceptional customer service.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Customer Support & Engagement

Act as the first point of contact for customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and assisting with product and order-related requests.

Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.

Order-to-Cash Process Management

Onboard new customers.

Manage all types of customer orders, ensuring compliance with existing policies and procedures. 

Ensure timely delivery of orders in collaboration with the Delivery Team.

Monitor customer satisfaction using KPIs such as order accuracy and delivery performance.

Proactively resolve disputes and manage credit/debit corrections.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Communicate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Demand, and other internal departments to align customer expectations with business goals.

Actively participate in cross-functional meetings to share feedback and updates on customer requirements and open orders.

Process Improvements

Initiate process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance customer satisfaction.

The following is required for this role:

High School Diploma

0-2 years of relevant work experience

Very good in Word and Excel

Effective communication skills (verbal and written) to interact with all levels of the organization and customers

Problem-solver

Good at planning and organizing

Highly focused on customer satisfaction

Very accurate worker


The following is preferred for this role:

Bachelor's degree

Experience with OEMs and/or logistics

Knowledge of SAP

Pay Range (in local currency):

€41,200.00 - €64,375.00

Chemours Level:

20

Annual Bonus Target:

4%

The incentive pay is dependent on business results and individual performance and subject to the terms and conditions of the specific plans.
