Global Commercial, a key sub-function within Care Enablement, plays a vital role in advancing Fresenius Medical Care’s mission to improve the lives of patients with chronic kidney disease. The team brings together Sales, Marketing, Global Sales Excellence, and Global Technical Operations, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality medical devices, technical services, and impactful commercial strategies across global markets.
We are looking for a Customer Excellence Coordinator who can support the Customer Excellence department in a 12-month employment while we update our SAP system.

Your tasks
Handle telephone and electronic order reception from patients
Follow-up on daily orders, inbound and outbound
Answer inquiries from hospitals, patients and technicians via telephone and email
Handle return orders and credit
Pack / ship HD & PD equipment, and loan equipment
Work with GDP (Good Distribution Practice) related tasks
You will have a broad contact surface with, among others, healthcare staff and home patients on a daily basis. Therefore, it is important that you can familiarize yourself with this world and that you as a person show understanding, calmness and patience.
Your profile
several years of experience with customer service and thrive on having contact with many different people during the course of a day
a professional attitude that is demonstrated by a high level of quality and a result and patient-oriented working style; an empathetic approach to patients and partners, and you are passionate about helping others
very detail-oriented, as you will be handling orders for products for vital treatments
good IT skills in SAP, preferably the sales and delivery module
knowledge of GDP (Good Distribution Practice)
good prioritization and coordination skills and is good at keeping an overview
prepared for a day-to-day life where your work tasks must occasionally be reprioritized at short notice
fluent in speaking and writing in Swedish and English
