Main responsibilities:
Marketing Execution Excellence
Architect and execute comprehensive local customer engagement strategies that drive measurable impact across your assigned customer segments
Champion omni-channel excellence by implementing next-generation customer engagement frameworks in collaboration with marketing, medical, and GTMC transformation teams
Lead cross-border initiatives on global TMS projects, bringing innovative personas-based approaches to life
Network Building & Knowledge Leadership
Build and nurture a world-class Customer Engagement network within Immunology, establishing best practices that set industry standards
Empower local teams with cutting-edge knowledge, tools, and capabilities to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Drive harmonization across all programs, resources, and tools to achieve operational excellence
Data-Driven Decision Making
Design and monitor sophisticated KPI frameworks using internal and external benchmarks to measure success
Transform data into insights through monthly and quarterly analyses that drive strategic decisions across marketing and commercial teams
Develop compelling value propositions that align with global brand strategies while meeting local market needs
Marketing Content & Channel Strategy
Craft and implement best-in-class content strategies that amplify marketing positioning and messaging through the Glocal model
Collaborate with cross function teams to develop channel requirements and optimize omni-channel effectiveness
Ensure consistent excellence across all customer touchpoints and communication channels

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of progressive Marketing experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry. TA experience in Specialty Care (dermatology, respiratory, oncology or related field) would be an advantage.
• Track Record: Proven history in customer engagement, commercial/tactical marketing; driving engagement strategies and omnichannel commercial models; building high performing communities.
• Language: Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa.
