Customer Engagement and Training Manager

The Digital Modernization Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a Customer Engagement and Training Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to establish and build strong customer relationships and validate the continued delivery of effective services throughout the life of the contract. This position will work collaboratively with all program teams and stakeholders to deliver continuity of knowledge and relationships as well as integrate customer satisfaction and understanding into all aspects of our performance.

The selected candidate will oversee a team of individuals who will be responsible for the following:

Provide and coordinate training

Communicate and advocate individual customer needs to internal stakeholders

Identify areas of improvement to service

Support, manage, and communicate opportunities

Lead and participate in cross-functional teams

Manage and track customer transactional information

Basic Qualifications:

Active TS/SCI government security clearance

Bachelors degree and (8)+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with (6)+ years of prior relevant experience 

Prior leadership responsibilities

Excellent written and oral communication skills 

Experienced and adept at managing and growing customer relationships

Experienced with preparing and presenting briefings to senior customer management, and customer stakeholders

Ability to obtain DHS EOD SCI

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP Certification

Pay Range:Pay Range $112,450.00 - $203,275.00
