Your role:
· Perform all Applications and Operations Training within the Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), Computed Tomography (CT) products maintaining competitive and clinical knowledge.
· On site customer education including Turnover training, upgrades and follow-up.
· Professional application support to resolve customer tickets, escalations and complaints.
· Keep up to date with current products of Siemens and Competitors and clinical trends to update customers.
· Preparation of clinical case studies and images to support sales projects.
Your Qualifications:
· University degree in the science or medicine or biomedical engineering or equivalent qualification from reputable university or college, where required or equivalent combination of education and experience
· Recently minimum 3 years of experience working with Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), Computed Tomography (CT) (Instructor and Operator).
· An excellent Communication and customer interaction skills.
· Effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
· Flexibility regarding travel throughout and outside Pakistan.
· Proficiency in English and local language.
