Here you will make an impact by: + Providing customer support for 3M products and services via phone (only inbound calls) and email. + Presenting our products, services, and promotions, and sending product information according to defined processes. + Being responsible for qualifying potential new customers and forwarding activities and leads to the Sales Organization or trading partners. + Acting as the central point of contact for all trade partners, private customers, end customers, and internal interfaces. + Supporting the sales and marketing functions in developing sustainable customer relationships. **Your Skills and Expertise** To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: + Fluency in **English and Spanish** + 1-2 years of international customer service experience + Strong customer mindset to enhance satisfaction and service quality.
