Drive profitable growth for Distributor key customers and establish Nestlé as the business partner of choice in collaboration with Field Sales Managers and distributor partners by:
+ Develop the total Customer business plan for Distributor key customers, aligning with overall business strategies and utilizing planning processes and tools.
+ Accountable for achieving agreed-upon customer targets and KPIs, including Sell-Out, Trade Spend, and Execution metrics.
+ Define standard routines and services that enhance the Customer’s order-to-cash and in-store execution processes, making them more systematic and organized.
+ Regularly and train and coach distributor customers on the Nestlé way of selling and operational standards to promote best practices
