TEMCA is a 18-year-old affiliate producing and distributing lubricant products under the TotalEnergies brand across the country. The customer portfolio is mainly composed of Buying Group, OEMs, direct sales and distributors.

The market is highly competitive and a multitude of macro-distributors organizing themselves with increasingly important structures.

Activities

Responsible for the follow-up and development of the lubricants business in the B2B2C segment mainly composed of Buying Group and OEM dealers:


Respects the rules of road safety and ethics defined by the companyLeads marketing, sales follow-up and training actions for all the automotive after-sales actors in his/her sectorApplies the sales and marketing policy defined by the managers of the various accountsEnsures a targeted prospecting approach to develop his/her sectorWith the Key Accounts that are attached to him: coordinates and develops the sale of lubricants in conjunction with the other Customer Development ManagersEnsures the traceability of the commercial relationship in SALSA (Salesforce tool): contacts, reports of visits, opportunities, ...Ensures that orders are taken either directly, via dedicated tools, or by customersEnsures the collection and intervenes with customers to accelerate payments and resolve disputesBuilds customer loyalty with regular visits and adapted servicesInforms the Commercial Department of market developments and contributes to competitive intelligenceParticipates in meetings, events and activities organized by the manufacturer partners, agent groups, buying groups, etc.Works in tandem with his/her Customer Service Advisor
