**Job Purpose:**
As a Customer Development Manager, you'll build strong customer relationships to meet KPIs such as netsales, margin, and market share growth. You'll understand the retailer’s strategy and work on enhancingColgate-Palmolive's brand performance alongside Market Strategy, Shopper, Category, and Customer SupplyChain Managers. Lead strategic customer initiatives with creativity, ensuring mutually beneficial and sustainablebusiness decisions while managing shifting priorities and keeping the broader business informed.
**What you will do:**
+ Achieve sales and profit targets by developing and managing a Joint Business Plan.
+ Use commercial insights to optimise business performance and seize opportunities.
+ Understand and enhance brand performance in alignment with the retailer's strategy.
+ Collaborate with Shopper Development and Category Managers to identify category growth opportunities.
+ Lead collaborative planning and maintain accurate forecasts on volume and sales.
+ Ensure correct financial processes are adhered to with support from Finance.
+ Build external networks to gain customer insights and identify new opportunities.
+ Strengthen internal networks to support retailer engagement and focus.
