We’re looking for a passionate Customer Development Executive to manage relationships with 25 vet clinics, 9 pet specialist retailers and 24 Farm/Agriculture customers across the Napier & Gisborne region.

This is a role for someone who loves animals, thrives on building strong relationships, and gets energy from sharing knowledge.

What You’ll Be Doing

Build genuine partnerships with vets and retailers, understanding their needs and supporting them to deliver the best care for pets.Share your expertise through training and presentations that boost product knowledge and confidence.Champion the Royal Canin brand in clinics and stores through merchandising, displays, and impactful point-of-sale tools.Identify opportunities for growth, distribution, and deeper customer engagement.Keep a pulse on territory performance and spot ways to create even greater success.

What We’re Looking For

A background in field sales or veterinary practice (clinical experience is a bonus).Strong communication and relationship-building skills—you connect easily with people.Confidence in presenting and problem-solving on the spot.A genuine passion for pet health and nutrition.
