Job Description:
**Job Overview**
Monitors the supply chain performance, identifies trends and risks, and provides recommendations to reduce risk, achieve efficiency and manage cost across the supply chain.
**Job Requirements**
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary delivery experience advocate for assigned strategic accounts.
- Monitor, analyze, and proactively escalate risks based on key delivery performance metrics (OTD, PDTD, etc.).
- Lead the weekly CDX reporting process to ensure timely insights and action.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Planning, Factories, CS) to resolve delivery issues swiftly.
- Drive the adoption of key tools and processes (e.g., Escalation App, Late Reason Code Program).
- Identify and lead supply chain process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree; 10+ years of experience in a multinational environment.
- Minimum 4 years of people management experience in a global setting.
- Proven ability to liaison between commercial and supply chain teams.
- Highly proficient in SAP (required); IBP and analytics tools a plus.
- Excellent communicator and influencer with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Structured thinker, results-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
**What your background should look like**
Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
