Job Description: **Job Overview** Monitors the supply chain performance, identifies trends and risks, and provides recommendations to reduce risk, achieve efficiency and manage cost across the supply chain. **Job Requirements** Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary delivery experience advocate for assigned strategic accounts. - Monitor, analyze, and proactively escalate risks based on key delivery performance metrics (OTD, PDTD, etc.). - Lead the weekly CDX reporting process to ensure timely insights and action. - Collaborate cross-functionally (Planning, Factories, CS) to resolve delivery issues swiftly. - Drive the adoption of key tools and processes (e.g., Escalation App, Late Reason Code Program). - Identify and lead supply chain process improvement initiatives.
