POSITION SUMMARY:
 

Are you looking for an opportunity to get in the door at a growing company? Kemper is looking for someone just like you! As part of the Kemper Policy Administration team, you will be part of a team that delivers on a promise to provide exceptional service to our Life and Health insurance policy holders! In this Full-time position, you will primarily be responsible for processing incoming requests from our clients.

Our office is open Monday – Friday, there are multiple shift options including a four (10 hour day) work week.

LOCATION: This position is located in Chesterfield, MO.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Thoroughly review, research and update policy information in accordance with policy standardsData entry of policy information from incoming client requestsProcess insurance notices timely through appropriate methodsProvide written correspondence to clients.Retrieve historical archived files per internal requests.Perform and complete special projects as assignedEffectively manage daily workload within necessary service levelsOther duties as assigned.This is a hybrid position.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· High school diploma or equivalent.· General clerical/office work experience.· Strong written communication skills required, including grammar. ​

Prior experience in a role utilizing verbal, written communication, and professional telephone skillsExperience that reflects ability to represent the company in a professional manner.Proven track record of multi-tasking abilityExamples of organization skills and ability to prioritize work
