We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Claims Quality Engineer to serve as the main point of contact for customers when product issues or complaints arise. You will lead and resolve high-impact quality problems from start to finish, working closely with internal teams and communicating directly with customers to ensure issues are handled professionally
In this position, you will be located in our Fluid Conveyance site in Dubnica nad Vahom, and report to Senior Manager, Customer Claims Handling.
What You’ll Be Doing Monitor and measure reported non-conformances using Power BI and customer portals. Manage customer reports in the shared mailbox. Process High Impact Claims using CRM and ERP systems. Lead containment and 8D efforts for High Impact issues, engaging relevant business unit teams. Compile and produce claim responses for high-impact issues via email, phone, or portal. Expedite replacement materials and schedule carrier pickups for nonconforming materials as needed. Gather, interpret, and present claim data for investigations. Assist other regions with High Impact issues. Dotted line lead for regional Customer Quality team. Perform internal Quality Audits. What We're Looking ForAn ideal candidate possesses these skills:
Bachelor’s degree. Experience in Quality or Engineering, ideally in interactions with customers. Understanding of core quality tools (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone). Good proficiency in English. Motivated, reliable, and responsive team member. Strong communication skills. Knowledge of production processes. Ability to read and understand written procedures and drawings, including GD&T. Preferred qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Experience with SAP and Salesforce. German speaking & writing skills would be a great advantage.
