Customer Cares Representative
The Customer Cares Representative is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by timely resolving concerns between customers and the dealerships.
The Customer Relations Representative reports to the Corporate Counsel.
Location: Medford, OR (On-site)
Compensation Range: $21/hr - $26/hr
Core Responsibilities
+ Serve as a liaison between the customer and dealership
+ Follow up with customers within 48 hours to ensure communication and a pathway to resolution
+ Trend and track customer concerns in our Salesforce program
+ Develop continuous improvement plans for the dealerships by documenting observations and tracking concerns
Skills and Qualifications
+ Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
+ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

+ 1 or more years of experience in a professional or retail setting
