Customer care technician works in a biomedical laboratory and manufacturing facility performing a variety of environmental service duties to support our customers by caring for the offices and common areas as well as supporting the maintenance and sterility of the laboratories, equipment, storage areas.
· Support our customers through cleaning and sanitizing common areas, restrooms, locker rooms, cafeterias, warehouse and storage areas to ensure facility is cleaned and in good condition for routine daily activities
· Ensure all laboratories and equipment are clean, disinfected and ready for production and testing of sterile medical products.
· Stock and organize supplies for all required areas of the scope
· Operate Microsoft Applications (for charting, email, training, etc.) and other computer-based systems utilized in the facility
· Follow standard procedures and execute activities independently, as well as in a team environment.
· Complete documentation in a regulated environment such as completing logbooks, training, and communicating with other groups on equipment maintenance activities and special cleanings.

The Ideal Candidate would possess:
- Strong customer service skills, ability to work independently, and strong attention to detail
· Experience performing housekeeping responsibilities, or custodial or sanitization in a medical, laboratory, or a clean room environment
· Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
· Ability to stand for up to 8 hours/day in a physically active role
Minimum Qualifications:
· Minimum of high school diploma, or equivalent
· Reliable, hardworking team player
· Ability to use Microsoft computer applications for communication, emails, and training
· Ability to pass a full physical as well as a drug test to work in a physically active role.
· Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
