We're currently looking for a CUSTOMER CARE (INTERNAL SALES) TEAM LEADER (H/M) to join our EMEA team to be responsible for EMEA spare parts internal sales and to be the single contact window for Otisfront lines, and respond to any inquires or quotations from field.
Key responsibilities
Execute transfer price management
Establish and manage a streamlined sales support team to support EMEA frontlines. Provide leadership, planning and management to group in line with the objectives and strategies of EMEA spare parts center
Take responsible for the sales support, including quotation, inquire response, scheduling and tracking.
Lead and cooperate with Field, SCM and DT to create/streamline spare parts ordering digital thread.
Be responsible to spare parts before-booked performance
Lead key measurements achievement: customer satisfaction; annual works billing target; responding L/T; work execution efficiency
Build customer centric culture in team, influence other functions by clearly transmit customer expectations
Role specific skills & competences
Degree in Engineering or Business.
Proficient in both writing and oral English. Other european languages would be a plus.
10 years of proven experience in a similar position.
Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
Knowledge and insight in service operations.
Strong change management skills, dynamically operating in a fast moving environment. Ability to look ahead, and anticipate/assess the system-wide impact & consequence of specific adjustments to the manufacturing/operations network.
Skilled at leading strategy & innovation with a forward-looking proactive orientation. bringing Imagination (new & fresh thinking) to the extended team. Ability to formulate a strategic plan aligned to business requirements ensuring sustained competitiveness.
Availability to travel 50% of the time.
