Job Description

Rockwell Automation is hiring!

We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist (Order Management) to be based in our Vietnam or Philippines office. This role focus on order processing, credits & returns for our customers.

You will report to customer care manager based in Singapore.

Your Responsibilities:Handle Order Management/Credit and Returns for SEA region.Work with several internal team to follow up on the statusProvide updates to customers / distributorsWork with internal BUs to provide a satisfactory service to our customersRaise feedback and process improvements along the way to increase efficiencies and effectivenessThe Essentials - You Will Have:Bachelor's degree in business or any related field OR Diploma holders with more than 3 years of relevant experience.You have Experience in order processing related responsibilitiesYou will have Experience in MFG Pro & SAP will be an advantage.Fresh graduates with an interest in supply chain and customer service are welcome to apply.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:Experience interpreting and responding to customer requestsYou can Demonstrate a Customer Service mindset and have good follow-up actionsYou are Comfortable in dealing with clients and partners by email and phoneBehavior Analysis: Identify patterns that predict problemsOutreach: Contact customers before they experience issuesPersonalized Solutions: Tailor responses according to case.
