Customer Care Specialist

Be a part of our award-winning customer care team! Zifty is currently seeking a full-time Customer Care Specialist. This is an in person position.
This is a full-time, in-person position. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, and the pay range is $21–$23 per hour, depending on experience. Full benefits (health, dental, vision), 401k, unlimited PTO.
The Job:
+ Support daily operations and help maintain a positive work environment
+ Collaborate with management and staff to align on tasks and priorities
+ Answer incoming calls and assist customers, clients, and drivers as needs arise
+ Assist in getting orders claimed in a timely basis
+ Assist drivers on routes with real-time questions or issues
What We're Looking For:
+ Previous management or supervisory experience strongly preferred
+ Strong customer service background
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to take direction, provide feedback, and handle changes with flexibility
+ Work independently and as part of a team
+ Ability to navigate your way around a computer
