Customer Care Senior Associate

+ Review and process basic customer transactions
+ Investigate and resolve data or account discrepancies
+ Input, edit and maintain customer account information
+ Escalate issues in a timely manner to a supervisor – when unable to resolve/ understand customer request
+ Serve as a liaison between company client, end customers and various other stakeholders
+ Demonstrate good interpersonal and customer relationship skills
+ Document all activities and actions required to successfully resolve customer issues
+ Always provide efficient and courteous service to customers
+ Apply in-depth knowledge of systems and operations in support of assigned customer group
+ Follow policies and procedures to meet all client, NTT DATA and regulatory requirements, related to billing and payment, release of information, record retention, privacy and confidentiality
