Customer Care Representative (Hybrid)
Job Title: Client Team Representative Job Description The Client Team Representative plays a vital role in resolving client and debtor requests received via the phone system and transferring calls to the appropriate team for additional assistance when necessary. This position involves responding to client requests for information regarding account updates, facilitating request fulfillment via email and internal systems, and reviewing client accounts for potential skip work requests. As a key contributor, the Client Team Representative ensures exceptional customer service that supports and enhances client relationships. Responsibilities + Support and fulfill client and debtor requests via the company phone system. + Answer client and debtor calls, providing accurate data entry and updates. + Research and review incoming requests for action needed by the operations team. + Support and fulfill client requests received via assignment system using company systems such as VRM, RepoRoute, and Freshdesk. + Conduct initial review of new addresses provided by clients to determine necessary actions. + Communicate clearly and precisely with clients to focus on request fulfillment. + Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to management. Essential Skills + At least 1 year of recent call center or customer service experience. + Experience with multiple phone lines preferred. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. + Good job tenure with no more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Customer support experience. + Inbound call handling skills. Work Environment The position offers a hybrid work model after initial training, allowing the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays, with in-office attendance required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
