**Description:**
At Hyatt, we believe our guests select Hyatt because of our caring and attentive associates who are focused on providing efficient service and meaningful experiences. Customer Care Rep are responsible for answering all guest calls, providing hotel information and direction, recording guest food and/or beverage orders, offering menu suggestions and providing all communications via phone or electronic messaging. This position also processes forms of payment for goods and services to include room charges, credit card and cash. Customer Care Rep are the first and final point of contact for the experience and have the ability to ensure guest satisfaction.
