Customer Service Representative Location: Fargo, ND Schedule: Full-time Environment: Office-based, small team About the Role We’re seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our close-knit team in Fargo. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers needing HVAC services across a 50-mile radius of the Fargo/Moorhead area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and can remain calm under pressure. Key Responsibilities + Handle 20–40 inbound calls per day, with volume fluctuating based on weather conditions (higher during extreme heat or cold). + Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians to job sites. + Calm and reassure distressed customers, ensuring they feel heard and supported. + Accurately enter customer information into our system. + Communicate effectively with service technicians to coordinate jobs. Required Skills & Experience + 2+ years of customer service experience (preferably in a call center or service-based industry). + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment. + Experience with administrative support, data entry, and inbound call handling. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
