Customer Care Representative
Description Our client in San Marcos is hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Care Representative to provide an outstanding experience for their customers. If you enjoy troubleshooting, answering customer inquiries, and finding solutions, this role is an excellent fit. Key Responsibilities: + Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers in a timely manner. + Resolve customer issues and questions about products, services, or orders with professionalism and accuracy. + Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. + Document interactions thoroughly in the CRM system and ensure follow-up actions are completed. + Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to increase customer engagement. + Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and operations, to resolve issues and enhance processes. Requirements + 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in call center or retail environments. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships. + Experience with CRM systems like Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar platforms is highly preferred. + Detail-oriented and tech-savvy, with solid problem-solving skills. + Positive attitude and ability to handle challenging situations with grace.
