** Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is looking for an experienced Customer Care Representative to fill a contract assignment in the Atlanta, Georgia.

Requirements A Customer Care Representative with 10 to 15 years is responsible for managing a large volume of incoming phone calls. 
Experience Generate sales leads. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. Builds sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication. Provides accurate, valid, and complete customer information. Meets service team sales targets and call management quotas. Manages customer complaints. Provides appropriate solutions and alternatives. Follows up ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions. Files documents. Follows communication procedures, guidelines and policies.  
This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, prolonged walking, walking on gravel or crawling when necessary.
