Respond to customer inquiries with inbound calls, chats, and emails simultaneously thru multiple online systems
Provide unique solutions to make all Coach customer questions and issues a positive experience for the customer
Handle order processing and follow up
Use your coach brand knowledge to provide additional product opportunities to customers thru effective cross selling techniques and are just the right compliments to their original order
Mitigate customer issues and represent the professional Coach brand
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Prior experience supporting another luxury brand in a retail or call center environment
Experiencing cross selling products
Passion for the coach brand and prior product knowledge
Experience working with customers to match their needs with products
Willingness for continual learning and growth within Coach

At least 6 months prior Customer service experience in a retail or call center environment.
Professional oral and written communication skills and attention to detail
