**How will you make an impact in this role?**
Are you a problem solver and always willing to learn? Do you want to work in a high impact environment for American Express Card Members? Then Disputes absolutely need you. Within Disputes you will review and investigate unauthorized transactions. Analyze documents and determine liability according to legal regulations. Every day is different, and you will be able to make a direct impact for our Card Members in addressing there issues. You will be providing service to our Card Members by handling their disputes by means of email communication (90%) and by phone (10%).
We are looking for a pro-active person with the ability to communicate effectively by writing and phone.
