Position OverviewWe are seeking a Customer Care Coordinator I to support customer engagement efforts through coordination of onsite visits, events, and demonstrations. This is a highly visible, customer facing role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule customer visits, demonstrations, and onsite eventsServe as a point of contact for internal teams and external customersManage logistics for visits including conference rooms, meals, tours, and agendasGreet and host customers onsite to ensure a positive experienceSupport creation and updates of marketing materials including brochures, videos, and presentationsAssist with administrative and facility related tasks as neededCommunicate schedules, updates, and event details across cross functional teamsRequired Qualifications1 to 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role with event coordination or scheduling responsibilitiesStrong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbalProfessional presence with the ability to interact with customers face to faceIntermediate computer skills with experience using Google WorkspaceHighly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilitiesReliable with a stable work historyPreferred QualificationsBilingual in English and SpanishExperience with Oracle toolsExposure to customer visa or immigration documentation processesExperience creating presentations or supporting marketing materialsWhat We Are Looking ForFriendly, professional, and welcoming demeanorProactive and adaptable in a fast paced environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to work independently within the first 30 daysAdditional DetailsSchedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with some flexibilityOccasional overtime may be requiredMust be local and able to work onsiteMust be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorshipAbility to lift up to 25 poundsInterview ProcessOne onsite interview, approximately 30 minutesMorning availability requiredJob Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Elgin, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
