The Customer Care Center Supervisor supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to customer needs. This position is the front line of support for our customers, helping to ensure that customers are satisfied with their parking experience. This position supervises up to 5 employees and works closely with the CCC Manager to ensure all work is complete and shifts are filled.
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Respond to calls for assistance via an intercom system and telephone Prepare daily and weekly reports Maintain activity logs Work with other departments to ensure issues are resolved Assist in ensuring all shifts are filled input into hiring new team members, train and inspire employees Bring new ideas and positive energy Other duties as assignedRequirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required Fluent in English (verbal and written) Second shift plus additional shifts as needed or required Valid Drivers License Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, Call Center Representative, or similar position preferred. Ability to build rapport with clients, handle high pressure situations, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and works well under pressure. Is able to de-escalate situations over the phone Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.Schedule:
