Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and customer-centric Customer Care Associate to join our Customer Care team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing daily customer support tasks and delivering an outstanding service experience in alignment with our global standards. You will join a collaborative team dedicated to fostering service excellence and supporting our clients' business processes through high-impact interactions.

What You’ll Do

Manage and resolve internal and external customer inquiries through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Service Cloud platform to ensure timely service delivery and excellence.

Collaborate with operations and various business areas to prioritize incidents and account closures, ensuring end-to-end traceability and a seamless customer journey.

Support and train customers remotely on Iron Mountain services and technologies to ensure compliance with organizational standards and enhance their service experience.

What You’ll Bring

1 year of experience in customer service, support, or call center roles.

Strong knowledge of office tools, process management, and advanced English proficiency (B2+ level or higher).

Proven ability in analytical thinking, teamwork, and managing high-pressure, dynamic environments.

High school diploma (required)
