Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Customer Care Associate to join our Customer Experience team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing internal and external client inquiries with a high sense of urgency to ensure service excellence and seamless account transitions. You will join a collaborative team in Bogotá dedicated to delivering a world-class customer journey through innovation and proactive support.

What You’ll Do

Manage and resolve internal and external client inquiries via the Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Service Cloud platform to provide timely, high-quality service solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional operations and business teams to prioritize urgent claims and incidents, ensuring full end-to-end traceability and resolution.

Educate and guide clients remotely on Iron Mountain’s service interactions and new technologies to enhance the customer journey and support their business processes.

What You’ll Bring

1+ year(s) of experience in customer service, support, or call center environments.

Advanced English proficiency (B2+ level or higher) with the ability to communicate fluently in speaking, reading, and writing.

Strong technical aptitude in Microsoft Office tools and experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Proven ability in analytical thinking and problem-solving within fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
