How You’ll Make an Impact

Contact customers by phone to resolve and collect on accounts overdue between 42 and 49 daysResearch account details and investigate debt situations to ensure accurate resolutionMaintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state and local regulations along with internal policiesRespond to incoming customer inquiries regarding unpaid debt and offer clear informationDemonstrate professionalism and friendliness during every customer interactionTake decisive action based on transaction characteristics to facilitate effective debt collectionSolid understanding of basic accounting, bookkeeping, mathematics and general office proceduresDetail oriented with strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication abilitiesCapable of exercising sound judgment in billing disputesSkilled in negotiation and influencing outcomesAble to resolve difficult and escalated issues effectivelyStrong problem-solving skills for variable situationsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionCapable of interpreting instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule formConsistent and punctual attendanceSupport additional business needs as assigned to help achieve team goals

The base pay for this position generally is between $18.00 and $27.06. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.


In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $12,000.
