Job Description

The Customer Care Advocate provides quality customer service. You are passionate about working with customers, partners, and company partners to answer questions, resolve issues, and deliver an excellent experience every time. You aim to minimize effort while maximizing loyalty.

Support our product and service businesses, you will work in a environment, where no two days are the same, you embrace change and value the challenge of delivering the best possible outcomes for customers.

The Customer Care Advocate is an operational person within Customer Care TechConnect team, able to handle daily operational tasks and support us with achieving its goals.

You will report to the Supervisor Customer Care, TechConnect, EMEA.

You will work hybrid in Katowice.

Your Responsibilities:Create new quotes and renewal quotes.Prepare technical support contracts "TechConnect".Follow customers' needs.Handle customer inquiries.Handle phone calls from customers.Enter, verifies, and monitors customer orders and contracts.Manage service tickets.Maintain customers' software database.Assure the accuracy of data.Communicate with partners.Report continuous improvement opportunities.Participate in projects.

The Essentials - You Will Have:Fluent in English - verbal and written.1 year of experience in a customer service environment.Bachelor's degree or higher.Customer-focused providing the best customer service.Experience evaluating systems for positive end-to-end customer experience.Experience documenting customer issues in detail.Experience handling support requests from a variety of different channels.Experience interpreting and responding to customer requests.Team player demonstrate ethical and positive behavior.Work with different types of customer profiles, adapt to different level of audience when communicating whilst working with several departments in a multicultural organization.Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:Previous Shared Service Center experience.Knowledge of SAP.
