This is a remote field-based position working from a home office and can be based anywhere in the Houston metro area.
\n\nAs Customer Business Manager, reporting to a Sales Director, you will lead the planning and execution at the account level for C&S Grocer Supply and Associated Grocers Baton Rouge, focusing on driving total volume, profit and share growth for our portfolio including iconic brands such as Birds Eye, Duncan Hines, Orville Redenbacher and PAM.
\n\nYou will create strong customer relationships and manage the business plan to meet all volume, profit and share goals. Implement brand strategies with customers by working with decision makers, internal partners and using consumer insights and category management programs to guide customer decisions.
\n\nYour Impact:
\nDevelop annual plan for the customer and present internally to gain agreement on important opportunities for growthLead the joint business planning process with the customer with a focus on strategic expertise in the categories they representDevelop trade promotion strategies and tactical plans with the customerMonitor and update the customer's overall business plan, including managing trade budgets, spending and volume, to achieve all sales goals versus planConduct category business reviews to discuss the state of the business, consumer trends, important business influencers and incremental opportunitiesUse sound category management practices to link consumer and shopper trends and opportunitiesDevelop accurate monthly forecasts to maximize supply chain efficiencies by tracking shipments, consumption data and inventory changes. Call out potential risks to monthly forecasts\n\nYour Experience:
\nBachelor's degree required3+ years Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience, including 1+ years in a broker or account manager roleBusiness analytics skills, including P&L and ability to manage trade spending\n\n#LI-PM1

Compensation:
Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
