Shift: 7:30am - 4pm Job Responsibilities: + Act as customer service interface to internal employees and external customers and perform all service-related activities. + Provide responsive and reliable customer service. Provide liaison support between customers. Coordinate with other departments. + Verify patient insurance benefits and provide quotes for services. + Provide customer service at times, and in such event, work a flexible schedule. + Perform other related duties as assigned, including special projects. + Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance.
