Do you enjoy providing excellent customer service and are interested in joining us in our fight against cancer? If the answer is yes, we are looking for a French speaking Customer and Sales Support Specialist for our Interventional Solutions Team, located in our Budapest, Hungary office.

As a member of the team, you will be responding to our customer’s needs with a high degree of urgency, empathy, sensitivity, perseverance and accuracy.  

As a Customer and Sales Support Specialist your primary responsibilities will be:

Processing orders ensuring the integrity of all customer data and accuracy of ordersEnsuring the completion of customer’s orders, from receiving the order until the delivery, including resolving customer order and logistics related issues on an international levelAssisting our customers and helping to resolve their inquiries effectively via email and phone in a professional, friendly and efficient mannerActively supporting the sales activity around the EMEA regionHandling & resolving customer complaintsMaintain account related information in the company designated CRM system such as new accounts, changing existing accounts with the support of the Master Data TeamActively working with different departments to sort out issues, including billing, logistics, sales or regulatory affairs teams in an international and multicultural environmentManaging consignment stocks of various products Facilitating the invoicing processCoordinating service and maintenance requestsCase management in our CRM system (SalesForce)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements for reportingCreates reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elementsUsing data visualization tools to share data in an easy-to-comprehend fashion, communicating data through presentations

Job Requirements:

College/university degreeAt least 2 years of experience in customer support or in a similar positionFluency in English and French language is required Excellent customer service and problem solving and prioritization skillsInternational shipping and logistics experience and knowledge of documentation and international customs requirements highly appreciatedCan do attitude and solution-oriented mind-set Display attention to detail and accuracy Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently while being an excellent team playerProficient in utilizing business tools such as MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP software desiredExperience with SalesForce or equivalent CRM software desired
