Mission statement for Customer and Business Development Partner

To develop/ maintain effective business models (distribution, e-commerce, automated support) focused on accessibility and availability of Roche solutions to patients who need  them in Serbia, Montenegro and North Macedonia.

To  win new customers and expand new strategic business in current accounts to enhance Roche leadership position in Serbia and Montenegro, using innovative models, being an advocate of integrated diagnostic solutions, diseases management solutions and the value these solutions bring to patients, healthcare systems and society.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement all scope of activities related to the implementation of the Company's strategy for the promotion of Roche's comprehensive solutions via assigned sales channel(s);

Establishes, maintains and develops partnerships with existing key clients/ partners/ providers of the Company, as well as searches and establishes relations with new potential ones via assigned sales channel(s);

Defines needs of key customers/ partners and finds ways how to help them in the most efficient way, using Roche solutions, in order to enable high quality diagnostics for patients.

Provide market’s, partners’ and clients’ feedback to inform tactics adaptation and strategy defining to the management team. Creates Business action plans in collaboration with colleagues from other departments;

Prepares and submits monthly reports to the immediate supervisor on the scope of work performed, focusing on accomplishments and proposals for permanent improvement

Responsible for P&L on the level of assigned sales channels and customers;

Assess the market potential, prospect and segment the market.

Prepare the key selling visit – One Roche Solution: collaborate with other relevant roles to define unique selling points, key messages and offer; organise and perform customers’ visits as a SPOC and/or in collaboration with cross-functional team;

Identifies, creates appropriate business plans, develops and typically closes new business opportunities. Manages the preparation of the offers towards the customers;

Creates demand for the organization’s products and services by raising their profile with customers, especially in the competitors accounts. Promotes and sells a portfolio of products and/or services and solutions directly to new customers

Timely and accurately reporting input into REXIS (prepare account plan – including competition data, updates based on customer visits, opportunities management linked to account plan).

Leads the project and coaches the customer team to reach their goal with the tangible outcomes and cost-benefit analysis;

Creates a shared vision with the team and helps them with change management implementation;

Actively participate in allocated squads (multidisciplinary business team with a common goal) mainly with the aim to gather customer insights and market data, contribute to strategic plan development, define general approach for new clients  & regularly revise the approach;

Responsibilities for achievement of planned sales from new customers;

Requirements and qualifications

University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biochemistry or similar;

Experience in Marketing, Sales and Commercial min 3 years;

Understanding of the diagnostic field and specifics of business set-up in each of business models used;

Understanding of the healthcare system and the path to its transformation in Serbia, Montenegro and North Macedonia;

Readiness to travel abroad;

Fluent English language skills;

Understanding of business environment, economics & financials in healthcare sector;

Excellent Project Management skills;

You are self-motivated, passionate about the job with developed customer centricity skills;

You are open-minded, dedicated to make a difference and open to constant development.
