Customer Analysis Manager, Sellers Economic team

The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 20 overseas stores, and supporting local sellers’ success and growth on Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally.

In our effort to support this growth around the world, we are looking for a passionate business Intelligence manager to dive deep, use in-depth analytical methods to turn data into actionable insights, and support answers to top strategic business questions. In this role, you will be working in one of the world's largest and most complex data warehouse environments. You should be passionate about working with complex datasets and be someone who loves to dive deep, analyse and turn data into insights. You should have deep expertise in analytic view of business questions, building up & refining metrics framework to measure business operation and translating data into meaningful insights. In this role, you will have ownership of end-to-end analytics development to complex questions and you’ll play an integral role in strategic decision making.You should have excellent business and communication skills to be able to work with business owners to understand business challenges & opportunities, and to drive data-driven decision into process & tool improvement together with business team. Above all, you should be passionate about how insights can be used to improve both the Customer and Seller experience of selling across borders.

Inventory Management Leadership

Lead seller inventory management initiatives to achieve inventory optimization goals
Develop and implement strategies to help sellers improve their inventory management capabilities
Monitor and analyze inventory performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

Seller Experience (SX) Enhancement

Lead seller experience investigations to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
Engage with global product teams to drive continuous improvements in seller experience
Advocate for seller needs and translate feedback into actionable product enhancements

Product Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy

Lead inventory product go-to-market initiatives and launch strategies
Develop comprehensive playbooks to support Account Managers (AMs) and sellers
Create scalable resources and best practices to enhance seller inventory management capabilities
Enable cross-functional teams with tools and guidance for successful product adoption
